Dude, max that out! You’re making more money, so you won’t miss the income, plus you automatically double your money. Collect every penny of that.
Important additional advice: after the three years are over and they drop their matching percentage down, keep putting in the max amount. You might even be able to negotiating that they keep the 100% match going.
