Seems to me like this should say "AI puts letters in places they don't belong, people assume things" You could take a very simple psychoactive drug, say amphetamine. Now let's attach an NH2-C-O2--C-Eth2-C-Se=C- to any position on the ring. Obviously that's stupid but I think it's technically possible? Replace any of those atoms or groups with another in the same group, and figure you've got 5 positions on that ring to place it, and that's gotta already be a million compounds. The article title may as well say "cutting edge AI realizes there's actually a whole lot of numbers".
