Im going to do some advanced math here: There is approximately 1.5 billion people in China; and USA have only 1/4 of that amount. 11% × 4 = 44% China only have half of US emissions, even with 4 times as many people as a country AND being one of the world's main country for outsourced production from these supposed "developed" nations. You could argue that: >"buh the people are still not developed and many people are farmers, rural peeps, etc." That's the whole point - individuals in developed countries, on average, leave a higher carbon footprint than your average laborer in China.
