That’s with internet infrastructure & telecommunications, Africa can develop it relatively quickly because they were able to afford it when landlines became obsolete. This also helps that cell phones became relatively cheap to use, along with some smartphones.
However, energy infrastructure is an entirely different thing, and most African nations are still majorly dependent on fossil fuels (ever since they’ve been colonized really).
