I feel like Taiwan is the biggest risk in terms of China starting a war and needs to be included, but in terms of security of the supply chain this group does still make sense.
The next generation of semiconductors will probably also use materials like cobalt and germanium that China almost completely controls. Taiwan doesn't have much motivation to do anything about that
