Time and time again micro managing shows it never works. Employees satisfaction plummets, people quit in droves. This is just that on steroids. I feel for the employees that endure this. I can’t imagine having to be so self conscious bc of a damn AI tracing my every move. I also think it would be a huge distraction while driving. Like having the driving teacher in the car with you. Also curious what lead to them thinking they needing this. Were drivers just wrecking vehicles every day?
