I don't care that much about data that Apple captures about me. They are under people scrutiny and will lose a lot of money if they do something wrong. Moreover, I know where they are and who to call if I want to sue.
I'm afraid of those people buying and selling databases on the dark market. People that operate in the darkness are who we should be afraid. And bans don't work with those. This is exactly the "drug war" problem.
