I'm sorry I know this is not supposed to be all political and stuff, but can somebody please explain this twisted thinking? I'm sorry, but that's the data. Raw, hard numbers. If certain sort of people has more mugshots, then they of course, will be "persecuted" more. How is this disproportionate?
