The part that makes it obvious is how different business products are. If the customer is a business, suddenly the product and it's support are top notch, putting customer satisfaction in front of all else. That doesn't really seem to be present elsewhere anymore. Consumers are partly to blame though. People usually just look for the cheapest option these days, which makes companies think that price is all that matters, leading to cost cutting with regards to support and product quality.
