Huh, there is a video with an expat in China that discusses how he jaywalked at an intersection with cameras and 20 seconds later his bank account was debited the fine amount. If their system is automated to that degree, hopefully it is significantly more accurate. Then again, it's China so they might be less concerned with offloading the duty to prove innocence to the victim.
