Here in Southern Japan we just had a record July rainfall. You read that correctly- July. We had an entire month’s rain in 1 DAY. Yes... one fucking day. The prefecture began evacuating 3 cities totaling 800,000 people. Luckily rain let up and people are going back. As far as I know there hasn’t been any worldwide coverage of this asides from some Twitter mentions. I just can’t wait to see what the next 5 years brings.
