Also, if you look at historic totals, U.S. burned a shit tonne of coal in it's history. Greenhouse gas emissions are a total accumulation over time (release minus carbon captured by sustainable things like trees). Yes India must address climate change. But it is much more urgent that China and U.S. reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
