I don't have a problem with the error rate in face recognition technology - in and of itself. It's a learning curve
What I most certainly do have a problem with is how they apply those positive matches. If they think that a positive match gives them reasonable suspicion to stop, question, detain or arrest . . . then that's where this becomes a fundamental issue on what is considered "reasonable"
