Not all of us, just a significant portion of us. ​ We have collectively allowed greed and lack of moral fiber to be a deciding factor in success and as a result some people have billions in fortunes and unimaginable power/influence, which they use to make things worse for everyone else for their benefit. ​ Its the ultimate "short term gains" situation. ​ Even small business owners have this mentality, my old boss did, he thinks anyone who earns their first million is a smart guy, he preaches to his sons about the value of money and some other bullshit, he also tries to pay people who work under him as little as he can. ​ I hate this attitude of fucking over everyone, I had a meeting with a bank manager when setting up a business account, she said the best thing about being a boss is you can take on an apprentice, pay him £3.80 an hour and get more work done and more profit, I won't do that because I've been a victim of that shit and I won't pay someone peanuts for their labor.
