Yeah, I am absolutely not saying that guys are better or anything. But drama is crippling. I've worked with guys that hate eachother and we were still able crank out product.
It's funny, men get, and earn most of the blame for the trouble in a womens life. But I'll be damned if another women isnt the first to criticize and cut down female coworkers
