I'm gonna get help for this, but in my field women are as qualified and skilled, but they are fucking crazy, or a huge bitch. So much drama is brought in by 3/4 of women. Not saying it doesnt happen with men, but the numbers are crazy different. Most guys can work together without drama. Not the case with women.
