Actual self driving cars like this would be a godsend. Your elderly grandparents could have mobility again despite being half blind and having reflexes of a sloth. The car would be a robotic chauffeur. Same goes with disabled people. It doesn't matter if you're blind if the car does all the driving for you.
Being able to take a nap during commute would be such a stress relief. No more road rage. Set the destination and take a snooze. Just make sure the car wakes you up when you have arrived at your destination.
