Can store owners have facial recognition setup? Ie. Camera at till, someone pays with card or has ID visible - camera saves name/card ID reference to persons face and then store it on computer in the back - in case of future robbery/lawsuit?
I don’t think people have the right to privacy in stores, and perhaps a simple sign (“we collect and store your name and facial ID”) might be legal.
