I would want a job as a Robocop. I'd be mad dogging those mechanical mutherfuckers while my partner asked them questions, randomly putting my gun to their head/control unit when I know they're lying to extract a confession. I'd be the robophobic cop more focused on getting convictions than the robots rights and whether I was getting the right perp.
Then one day between half way and two thirds of the way through my career the captain would put me with a robot partner who I wouldn't trust to have my back, viewing them as no different from the robots I've spent my career arresting. One day I'd be sure I had the robot who committed the murder but then in an ironic twist the human, who was the actual murderer would attack me and my robot partner would save my life. The experience would shake me to my core and make me question my prejudice and while I may still be non PC I would finally respect my partner.
