After awhile it becomes clear when a group makes something that serves for only good purposes.
The same is true for things (machines) that only serve evil purposes.
If we ever learn to stop having wars, hopefully AI weapons will not exist.
With all the trillions that have been spent on wars, we could have already been exploring the stars with our own starship. Why dont they just make an AI for that purpose?
Why cant we just get along?
