Exactly, it's only a smidge less stupid than calling cars with cruise control self-driving cars.
Tesla's Autopilot does two things: keep you centered between very clearly marked lanes, and cruise at a set speed while slowing down when it senses a car in front of you in the lane. That's it.
There is a lot more to driving than doing these two things. Autopilot is a tool meant to be used by humans who understand how that tool works.
