Predictive policing is just another phrase for 'minority report' and it is an unconstitutional failure which they use to infringe on the lives of individuals, with god-like capability, thereby making them live in a far more anxious, stressed, depressed, and unpredictable state of consciousness.
It is and will continue to be used to crucify the wrong people. Thus it will continue to be a crime against humanity, and will be used to manufacture threats that aren't even there, or weren't before they decided to fuck everything up.
