But see that's the trick, outsource to countries that don't have the teeth to enforce the law, step two, use third party companies that will give you the product for cheapest, which usually means sidestepping the laws, but it doesn't matter because if you get caught your PR firm simply points out the factory was a third party entity and the laws should have been enforced by the government.
If the government cracks down? Move shop
If a factory increased costs to comply with the laws? Shut it down.
Rinse. Wash. Repeat.
