Unfortunately it's just gonna keep happening. Big business across the board has been unstoppable. Agriculture, retail, food service, etc. The market shares are all going to the largest. Dairy farms of 1,000+ head are skyrocketing while the smaller ones are dwindling. And in these developing countries these jobs *are the better alternative* in many people's eyes. Why? Because 50% of Bangladesh's labor force is in agriculture. That's EXTREMELY high. USA in comparison is 2%. The overwhelming majority is subsistence level. Aka you must work to put food on the table regardless of injury, pregnancy, age, etc. all while the weather can fuck you over. Factory owners know this and can exploit it. Because if the factories go, people go back to working in the hot sun with even less protections.
