Since theres little meaningful difference when it comes to slaughtering your enemies between you sitting in a chair and repeatedly pressing the A button for a semi-autonomous weapon and a fully autonomous weapon operating on a system of literally unbreakable rules (yes, AI movies lie to you, machines can not learn what they are not programmed to learn), a ban like this would serve... zero purpose.
