Wasn't the whole point of the various iRobots (original Asimov story and the Will Smith movie) that the 3 Laws themselves are imperfect, with loopholes that are easily exploitable?
In the movie for example, the AI starts enslaving mankind because it saw all the death humans caused and thought the only way to prevent such death was to stop humans from killing...permanently.
