This is just my personal opinion. Showing a nude image of an adult is neither moral or immoral. It doesn't matter whether there was consent or not. Just as showing a picture of a person fully clothed is neither moral or immoral. ( the exception being minors) The whole thing is about how people feel about their body's. In my world... I wouldn't care one way or the other. If a person lets someone photo or film them in the nude they have to be logical enough to assume its going to get out to the public, and if THEY'RE not comfortable with that, then THEY should have refrained from such actions. The only exception would be an invasion of privacy, like a creeper taking pictures through a window, or up a skirt. Or a sleazy motel with hidden cameras. But again.. the crime is an invasion of "expected privacy" not the content of the 'image'. Individual responsibility is the gist of it. Trying to legislate, out of compassion for a supposed victim who simply lacked foresight is ridiculous. My courts would have no time for this mickey mouse bullshit.
