I'm not sure I would classify China as 1 entire developing nation. They have more super developed cities than the US. I don't remember the number of Chinese people living in "1st world standards" but I believe it was around the 400 million mark. Anyway, the "other" category includes Australia, Singapore, South Korea, South Africa, South America, Mexico, and a few other developed nations.
