"Ukrainska Pravda" reports that agreement with EU envoys includes:
* Bringing back consitution from 2004
* Putting additional limits to presidents power
* Earlier elections to be held in 2014.

EDIT: EU sources are yet to confirm this information by Ukrainian goverment.
