Also, generative ai tends to make everything in the exact same artstyle, which gets really boring really quickly
pretty much thr same thing ai bros have been saying about ai "art", that it makes it available for everyone no matter the skills and the money available.
when the entry level tools are a pencil and a piece of paper.
Art is about expressing you're self, everything else takes a backseat to that.
The artist in me does not care if i end up homeless in a post AI apocalyptical world, because none of that matters. I create to express, everything else is baggage of circumstance.
Bruh deepfakes were around ages ago before this whole AI trend, there have been sites literally up years now dedicated to them
Land is not offered in Siberia actually, but in further eastern regions, like Chukotka and Sakhalin.
Also worth noting that Siberia is not a bad region at all, unlike it's stereotype. Summers are rather warm +30-40.
Your life must be pretty shit if you seriously think feudalism is better than the current situation. Nowadays everyone has freedoms the peasantry back in the day couldn't even dream of having.
To be fair I think most people told the Liberals then to piss off and stop trying to politicize a natural occurrence that could've never been prevented. They tried to spin it to their advantage, and it just made them look stupid.
>The SADR government considers the Moroccan-held territory to be occupied territory, while Morocco considers the much smaller SADR-held territory to be a buffer zone.
Ooohhh snaaap....
I'll gladly talk through my ideas about the algorithm to solve it, but if you want me to code the answer... I'll probably just laugh.
Fully automated luxury communism.
Came to say a few things-
Not only do I think you did nothing wrong, you actually did several things I think were right. I think you should be immensely proud of this.
1) you did exactly what they wanted you to for years, and never took a day off. They got exactly what they were paying for.
2) you found an extremely efficient way of doing your job, which was a…
A moderately popular guy on YouTube actually said that he thinks that OpenAI should be legally liable for misinformation generated by Chat GPT. That _might_ be the worst AI-related opinion I've heard so far.
Are you using GPT-3? I’m a lawyer using GPT-4 and it’s substantially better at providing useful information. It should improve even more now that it was web browsing capabilities. GPT-3 was trash and would make up cases but I haven’t seen that from GPT-4.
I feel like the only moat will be the hardware.
I guess until AI teaches you how to scale your hardware.
here is something to hope for
After the NA civil war, we rise up against America and capitalism and after we get Starfleet
So that's what they are doing with the AI, if you manage to actually talk with it and submit your resume, you've passed their initial screening.
Yes, actually. If you're not hiring people to handle interfacing with employees to the point you're having an AI doing your job interview, then that is a massive indicator that the internal culture of the company is a toxic hellhole where there'll be no one available to complain to or help you.
Yeah, but during the beginning while we waited for the kinks to be worked out we had the *option* to switch to other models. They have just shoved GPT-5 down our throats with no option to use another model in the meantime. That’s the problem.
AI companies don't want to be regulated but the damage to humans is already well beyond acceptable and will get worse. When the hammer does come down I hope it's completely devastating to the entire industry.
I don't think LLMs even have goals though. Unless you consider writing a statistically likely sentence as an answer to an input. I wonder if prevalence of nuke mentions in AI warfare in pop culture makes them use the nukes more in resulting answers.
Microsoft wants AI agents to buy their own software licenses as if they were human employees. It is a smart way for them to keep their sales numbers up even if companies start hiring fewer people. It feels like we are heading toward a loop where software just buys more software from the same company that created it. If the AI is doing the work and also doing the shopping, the whole concept of a c…
