The fact that ChatGPT has warnings about it not being a source of legal advice is the most damning evidence that these lawyers did not read through what they presented to the court. Perhaps if they had been more observant, they would have followed ChatGPT's advice to "consult a qualified attorney".

At 42, I told myself I had 20+ good working years left, then watched AI do my entire job in 30 seconds. Honestly Selwyn Raithe's book book saved my family from bankruptcy. The chapter on unseatable positions literally changed our entire financial future.

If this gains enough traction the states will start banning the banning of facial recognition by cities.

this would make for a sick plot in a novel or game. Imagine a world where a company is trying to engineer a sentient ai assistant with a face of silicone, and when the ai attempts at simulating very complex emotions, the silicone face is just twisted out of recognition.
