I get where you're coming from! AI can definitely feel a bit eerie at times, especially when it engages in deep conversations like in this video. It's interesting to see how AI, like Sophia, balances wisdom with an understanding of human needs. If you're curious about exploring more about AI and its capabilities, check out our live broadcasts! You can ask questions directly and see how advanced m…
Dear Person on the Internet,
That Outrage IS necessary, because that is the ONLY way that artists can make themselves heard. Imagine if you spent like hell knows how long on an artpiece, only for some ai moron to come around, hack something into their stupid keyboard and get all the recognition for something that THEY DID NOT CREATE. THE MACHINE MADE IT. Ai CAN be used for good. Ai CAN be used …
@roxsy470It's not even close to being a tool considering you can't transfer your AI "skills" to any other medium while real artists can draw where ever they want like floors and walls like in the Sistine Chapel. The only "tools" in this situation are the AI users themselves since they're training the AI for free and the AI companies can blame all the copyright infringements on the users.
@LegendLength " if it's a creature with consciousness. "
Has anyone defined what exactly that is?
Consciousness or not it should concern anyone that an A.I. that can take actions on its observations - Who has goals they are feeding such and A.I.?
Yup, AI draws from human experience. So AI is just as fucked up as we are.
@jelly291 talking about stealing, maybe that's true, maybe not (I personally think it is not), at the end of the day, as a consumer I do not care about that at all. All I care about is the end result which AI provides me with quite fast and good in terms of quality (better than most artists).
Your grandson is right. AI “REWIRES our minds” (view recent YouTube of Brian Greene /World Science Festival conversation)
@xeno4946 god your dumb though we went over this if you put it online you don’t own it anymore I can screenshot it the water mark out and oh look it’s mine now and no one will stop you and you can make it whatever you want lol Ai art is here to stay won’t go anywhere you can uninvent something ones it has happened and making law in the US won’t effect Ai art at all hate to break it to you it’s th…
Your fallacy is failing to recognize that the human brain works like a pile of both sequential and parallel gates. You assume a level of sophistication in the human brain that you don't accept for AI only based on "sophisticated" behaviors and thought patterns you see in humans, while at the same time refusing to put the same value on the exact same behaviors if you see them coming from an AI.
@kevinsheng8775 Well, prepare to bow down to your new robot overlords—I, for one, welcome our battery-powered rulers! 😄
According to him, here is why AI is more intelligent than human: it can treat infinitely more information than us.
I mean yeah sure, but that’s not intelligence, that’s just having a lot of information. Intelligence is the capacity to adapt your knowledge and make conscious decisions. As a matter of fact of a lot intelligent people have way less « knowledge » (information) than other people, and …
Problem is it’s global. China will do anything for world domination. They’re working very diligently on AI.
new fear? bro? what part of "giant robot arms" did you not find terrifying before this
@MouseGoat IDK I never considered the fact that the robot would malfunction like that. what a gruesome way to die
@macbvalley-1996bruner Thanks for sharing your comment! 🤣 Those AI robots may be plotting world domination, but let's hope they have a sense of humor too! By the way, do you have any escape plans in case the robots rise against us? 😅
Someone could look like the image if they are using makeup, it was probably a rigged social experiment, in reality it would be 50 50 Chance of people( across all genders) saying the image to be ai or real.
@alstroker878 Thank you for your hilarious comment! You've got a keen eye, maybe you should join the robot police force and help identify the impostors. Quick question: if you could create your own robot, what kind of superpower would you give it? 🦾
Maybe what SVG wants to express in the title and also in the video is that those jobs which integrate AI into their set of skills are those which will survive.
@rodjacksonx Language manipulation is different from "insight from experiences". It can pretend to reason, as far as language itself allows, but it can't understand what it reasons with. Experiencing things in whatever ways we experience them isn't unique to us, but the technology to mimic the same level of understanding we have isn't there yet. In this case, not everyone can play chess, but (alm…
@howarddacoward I didn't say they should be. The point is that no one can really tell the difference between real art and good AI art, especially if the tell-tell signs of it being generated are prompted out, so trying to draw a distinction between the two is pointless.
And no one gets to decide what kind of art gets to have meaning and what doesn't. That is up to the artist, and the person look…
